Chelsea won't rush into naming a perpetual substitution for Maurizio Sarri, if the Italian is sacked however will give control over to Gianfranco Zola until the mid year rather, Sport Mediaset reports.
Sarri is set for crunch talks over his future at Stamford Bridge, following Sunday's 6-0 rout against Manchester City.
