In Benue State, Gboko local government area, some members of youths have mobilized and gone into the Gboko main market and are forcefully cutting the hair of others to impose discipline, many people are furious with this development especially the victims who said it is an unlawful act. This is as a result of stealing and rise in fraternal activities in the area. This has brought alot of missed reaction.
