In a court hearing on the Sept. 27th prosecutors in the case of Robert Allen, alleged that two men armed approached XXXTENTCION car and the video was played for the public as clearly captured by the surveillance footage and the other shouted shot him.
The accussed has denied the art but court has sent him back to jail as pending next hearing. Meanwhile 3 others are in pretrial pending when proven not guilty  or otherwise.
