The Minister of Labor and Employment, Chris Ngige, pronounced on Monday that the the government would declare the new minimum wage by law before the finish of the second from last quarter which is September.
Ngige was talking at the 40th Anniversary of Nigeria Labor Congress (NLC) in Abuja on Monday.
