This is Nigeria, APC has committed another crime against youths . In Borno state President  Muhammadu Buhari and governor Shattima has empowered Borno youths with shoe shiner kits. The shoe box also contains polish and shoe brush.  Do we bargain this wickedness with APC government certainty not. Be reminded, President Buhari promised to spend  late Abatcha loot on poor Nigerians.
